I. Personal data protection

1.1. The personal data provided in the process of booking by the customer will be processed in accordance with the Act of the Slovak Republic no. 122/2013 Z.z. on the protection of personal data, as amended. The provided personal data will be processed in the information system of the service agenda in the operations of the operator (TANKBAR sro, B. Němcovej 3455/44, 058 01 Poprad, Slovak Republic, IČO: 36447820) (hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord") booking and booking of booking and cancellation fees. Personal data will only be provided or made available to third parties by law. Personal data may also be made available to persons who manage, operate or service the individual systems used to process personal data.

1.2. By reserving a stay in the reservation system, the client grants the accommodation provider pursuant to Section 11 par. 1 of the Act c. 122/2013 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain laws, as amended, consent to the processing of personal data that he / she voluntarily provided to the extent specified in the online form (name, surname, address, email, date of birth, telephone number). The obligation of professional secrecy shall not apply if it is necessary for the performance of the tasks of law enforcement authorities and in relation to the Office for Personal Data Protection in the performance of its tasks. At the same time, by completing and submitting the online form, I give my consent for an indefinite period for sending commercial and advertising materials (“newsletters”) of the Accommodation Provider in any electronic or printed form. I can withdraw my consent to receive newsletters at any time by clicking on the link “unsubscribe from the newsletter” or in writing at the contact addresses of the Accommodation Provider.
