General Conditions

I. BASIC PROVISIONS

1.1. These Business Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as TC) regulate the way of booking services provided by the hotel operator through the online booking system on the website www.villasiesta.com.

1.2. All conditions not governed by these TC are governed by the Public Business Conditions and the Hotel rules published on the hotel website.

1.3 The provider of the services offered in the reservation system and the operator of this system is TANKBAR s.r.o., B. Němcovej 3455/44, 058 01 Poprad, Slovak Republic, VAT ID: SK2020003612, phone contact: +421 52 4780931, E-mail: recepcia@villasiesta.com.

1.4. These TC come into force and effect on 01.01.2019.

II. SELECTION AND BOOKING OF SERVICES

2.1. The operator undertakes to provide services to the extent that it offers them in real time in the reservation system.

2.2 The displayed rooms and capacities are available and adjusted in real time by the operator. However, by generating reservations from several systems at the same time, there may occasionally be a situation when the accommodation booked by the client in the system will no longer be available. In such a case, the operator undertakes to provide the client with accommodation in rooms of a similar standard in the hotel, if this is not available followed by accommodation in hotels in the vicinity of Nový Smokovec. If the client does not agree with the offered compensation he is entitled to 100% refund of the paid deposit without the possibility of applying the cancellation conditions of the operator.

2.3 During the stay, the client is entitled only to services that he has duly marked in the booking system and paid in full.

2.4 When booking ancillary services, the customer is only entitled to provide the number of services that he duly booked. The decisive factor in this case is the booking confirmation, which the system automatically generates in the third booking step in the system for both the operator and the customer. The customer is entitled at any time to supplement the booking and extend the booked services even after making the reservation.

III. TERMS OF PAYMENT

3.1. Services offered on the hotel site can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

If you choose to pay by credit / debit card, the condition of confirmation of binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit of 100% of the price of the ordered services, which are generated by the system at the time of booking.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer to the hotel's account, the condition of confirmation of binding reservation of services is the payment of a deposit of 50% of the price of ordered services, which are generated by the system at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment information. Account owner: TANKBAR s.r.o., Bank account: Tatra banka, a.s., Account number: SK4811000000002621381378, SWIFT: TATRSKBX.

3.4. If the client does not pay the deposit for the stay at the time of booking or within the set deadline, the online booking of services is automatically canceled in full.

3.5. All payment fees shall be paid by the client.

IV. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING OF PAYMENTS

4.1. Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the reservation of services must always be made as soon as possible, including the reason, in writing or by telephone followed by a written confirmation stating the following details of the customer: name and surname, date of stay, booking confirmation number, e-mail contact the reservation was made, the bank account number in IBAN format, including a document proving the ownership of the account.
Withdrawal from the contract can only be made through the hotel reception on the phone number +421 52 4780931, by e-mail to recepcia@villasiesta.com or by mail to Hotel VillaSiesta ***, Novy Smokovec 68, 062 01 High Tatras.

4.2. By online reservation, the client agrees in full with the content of the cancellation conditions.

If the reservation is canceled 5 or less calendar days before arrival, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation and the unused service.
If the reservation is canceled 6 to 19 calendar days prior to arrival, the hotel has the right to charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation and unused services.
If canceled up to 20 days before arrival, the hotel will not charge the cancellation fee.

4.3. Regardless of the method of payment of the booked services by the Client, the method of refund, if the Client is entitled to it pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, is always made by bank transfer from the account of the service provider. The total amount of refunded services in Euros will be reduced by all costs associated with the original payment of the customer (bank fees, card fees, paypal fees, other fees associated with the payment).

V. REALIZATION OF STAY

5.1. After paying the full price of the stay, the client will be issued and sent an e-mail address voucher from the service provider, which the client must prove on arrival at the hotel and check in at the hotel reception.
